I would love to help, but I have no way to help unless I was an admin of the site... if you edit it, there should be a way to open them, In one of the groups I ran, we had that problem too, although it was a long time ago, so I couldn't exactly tell you how anymore. I'm sure if you googled it, you could find out how. ^^
